Miller Thomson Brings Back Galambos as Tax Partner in Montreal

John Israel Galambos joined Miller Thomson as a partner in its tax group in Montreal, the firm announced Monday.

Galambos focuses his practice on corporate and individual taxation, tax and estate planning, wills and trusts, corporate reorganizations, and asset protection.

He regularly advises clients on asset and share transactions, shareholders’ agreements, and employee stock option plans, and his clients include high-net-worth individuals, private companies, single and multi-family offices, public institutions, private foundations, charities, and not-for-profit organizations, the firm said.
