Anil Arora has joined Mishcon de Reya’s London office as corporate tax partner, the firm said Monday.
He advises clients on corporate and personal tax reliefs, early-stage equity and financing structures, venture debt and debt instruments, M&A ,and exit-planning.
He was previously tax director at Blick Rothenberg, according to the announcement.
