William Gorrod has rejoined Morgan Lewis as a partner in San Francisco, the firm said Monday.
Gorrod handles tax planning, compliance, and corporate transactions and has experience with state and local tax matters, according to Morgan Lewis. He advises on matters concerning gross receipt taxes, sales and use taxes, and payroll taxes.
He joins from Baker Botts.
