Morrison Foerster Adds Schwier as London Corporate Tax Partner

Freddie Schwier joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in its tax group and transactions department in London, the firm announced Monday.

Schwier regularly advises on high-profile, cross-border transactions alongside general tax advisory support to institutional clients. His broad practice encompasses matters across the entire corporate tax landscape for clients operating in various sectors, including artificial intelligence, fintech and financial services, interactive and digital media, life sciences and health care, and technology, the firm said.

He joins from a major US-based international law firm.
