Evan S. Cowit has joined Moses Singer as a partner and chair of the private clients group, the firm said Thursday.
Cowit advises clients on estate planning and administration, corporate and business succession planning, and tax law, according to Moses Singer.
His practice also includes the preparation of estate and gift tax returns, charitable planning strategies, and counseling clients on tax implications of corporate strategies and business acquisitions, said the firm.
He joins from Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner.
