Mark A. Snider has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner and a member of the mergers and acquisitions team in Cleveland, the firm said Tuesday.
He concentrates on business and tax related legal matters, representing clients in federal, state, and international tax matters, according to Nelson Mullins.
Snider has experience with income, sales and use tax, and property tax issues, said the firm.
He joins from Porter Wright Morris & Arthur.
