Anne Gordon has been appointed the vice president for international tax policy at the National Foreign Trade Council, according to a Monday news release.
Gordon most recently served as tax counsel in the office of U.S. Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio), advising on tax policy and serving as liaison to the Senate Finance Committee, according to the NFTC.
Gordon has also worked for the Departments of Energy and the Treasury and the international tax services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ national tax services office, as well as serving as tax counsel for U.S. Sen. Todd Young (R-Ind.) and a tax services manager at PwC, the NFTC said.
