Nicholas J. Anderson has joined Nixon Peabody as partner with the community development finance practice in Washington, the firm said Tuesday.
Anderson focuses on federal and state tax credit transactions, according to Nixon Peabody.
He works with business entities, real estate developers, nonprofit organizations, lenders, and investors, Nixon Peabody said.
