Frederick Miller and Andrew Rubin have joined Nixon Peabody as partners in community development finance practice in the Washington, D.C., office, the firm said Thursday.
Miller counsels clients in all stages of a transaction, he maintains experience with structuring, negotiating, documenting, and advising on compliance matters, according to Nixon Peabody.
Rubin’s practice concentrates on helping nonprofits and state, local, and tribal governments finance development and redevelopment projects, said the firm.
