Andre Happel will join Noerr as an equity partner in Frankfurt, Germany on Feb. 1, the law firm said Wednesday.
Happel focuses on national and international M&A transactions as well as corporate tax law, advising German and foreign corporations, credit institutions, family-owned companies, institutional and strategic investors, and financial investors, according to Noerr.
He has previously worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
