Andrea Isola has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as tax counsel in the Milan office, the firm said Tuesday.
Isola’s practice focuses on tax planning, corporate organization and reorganization, and financial reorganization and extraordinary business transactions, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.
He also advises on trust and estate tax structuring, inheritance issues, and emigration and family investments, said the firm.
