Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed London partner Dominic Stuttaford the global head of tax, the firm announced Wednesday.
Stuttaford was the head of tax in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia for the firm. He focuses on the tax aspects of corporate finance as well as other finance transactions and structures in the insurance, resources, and technology sectors, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.
Paris partner Antoine Colonna d’Istria will be the new head of tax in EMEA and Matthew Hodkin will be the London team leader, the firm said.
