Gregg Polsky joined Gunster as of counsel in its tax practice, the firm announced Tuesday.
Polsky advises clients on complex tax matters, helping them identify and manage risk, navigate regulatory complexity and resolve disputes. His practice spans corporate and partnership taxation, choice-of-entity planning, executive and equity compensation, private equity and investment fund taxation, tax issues arising in divorce, and the taxation of litigation settlements and recoveries, the firm said.
