Nicole Goulard has joined Ogletree Deakins as a partner in the Paris office, the firm said Wednesday.
Goulard has experience with corporate governance, executive compensation and management packages, stock plans, and social and tax issues related to international mobility, according to Ogletree Deakins.
She joins from GFD Avocats.
