Jack Prytherch has joined Osborne Clarke as a partner with the tax disputes team in London, the firm said Monday.
Prytherch previously served as of counsel at CMS, building their UK tax disputes practice, according to Osborne Clarke.
He works on contentious tax matters, Osborne Clarke said. He has experience with the technology, media and communications, financial services, energy and utilities, and life sciences and healthcare sectors.
