Perkins Coie Adds Tax Lawyer Mohsen Ghazi as Partner in Chicago

Mohsen Ghazi joined Perkins Coie as a partner in its private client services practice in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.

Ghazi counsels family offices, fund sponsors, and high-net-worth clients on structuring tax-advantaged funds and family offices in the US and abroad. He also advises clients on forming, launching, and managing investment funds including private equity, real estate, credit, and alternative assets, the firm said.
