Joseph T. Kaempf and Daniel A. Sito have been promoted to partner at Perkins Coie effective Jan. 1, 2024, the firm said Thursday.
Kaempf is a member of the trust and estate practice. He provides counsel on wealth preservation and transfer strategies to individuals, multigenerational families, and family offices, according to Perkins Coie.
Sito is a member of the federal tax practice, said the firm. He focuses on the tax aspects of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investment fund and joint venture formations, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity issuances, and restructurings.
