Don Lonczak has joined Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman as a partner in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Lonczak works on structuring renewable energy projects eligible for production tax credits or investment tax credits, and on clients’ qualification requirements for new tax credits made available under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, according to Pillsbury.
He joins from Bracewell LLP.
