Pinsent Masons Adds Corporate Tax Partner de Viry to Paris Office

Aurélia de Viry has joined Pinsent Masons as a partner in its corporate tax team in Paris, the firm announced Monday.

De Viry advises clients on all areas of domestic and international tax law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and financing transactions, the firm said.

De Viry also represents clients in their dealings with the French tax authorities and specializes in the real estate, finance, and energy sectors, with clients ranging from multinational corporations to investment funds and family offices, the firm said.
