Robert Dever has joined Pinsent Masons as a partner to lead the tax law practice in Dublin, the firm said Wednesday.
Dever advises domestic and multinational corporations on corporate tax, particularly M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing, and private equity, according to Pinsent Masons.
He served as a partner in the tax group at Eversheds Sutherland.
