Ilyana Ezhaghi has joined PKF O’Connor Davies as a partner with the tax practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Ezhaghi has experience with public accounting and providing tax advisory and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, their families, and their closely held businesses, according to PKF O’Connor Davies.

She focuses on income, gift and estate tax planning, implementation of tax minimization strategies, and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations as well as building multigenerational wealth and tax-efficient structuring, PKF O’Connor Davies said.
