Polsinelli has added tax credit finance attorney Jerome Garciano as a shareholder in the Boston office, joining the tax credit, real estate, and real estate finance practices, according to the law firm Thursday.
Garciano focuses on tax incentives and tax credit debt and equity financing, and Lynch represents lenders in commercial lending transactions for mortgage asset classes, according to Polsinelli.
Shauni Lynch has also joined as an associate from Robinson & Cole LLP.
“This is absolutely the right team—and the right time—for Shauni and me to join,” Garciano said.
