Polsinelli Adds Tax Credit Finance Shareholder to Dallas Ranks

Courtney Tawresey has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in the tax credit finance practice in the Dallas office, the firm said Thursday.

Tawresey advises on structuring federal and state New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Opportunity Zones, and other tax credit transactions, according to Polsinelli.

She also has experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate and partnership tax planning, taxation of financial products, and private equity, said the firm.
