Erik Jensen has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in the Denver office as part of the tax practice, the firm announced Friday.
Jensen advises clients on tax efficient structuring for business formations, capitalizations, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and liquidations, according to Polsinelli.
He also drafts joint venture agreements and advises on tax, structuring, and compliance issues relating to Opportunity Zones investments, the firm said.
