Patrick Anzevino has joined Porter Wright as a member of the corporate department in Columbus, Ohio, the firm said Tuesday.
Anzevino will work with clients in the areas of tax, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and real estate, according to Porter Wright.
“He brings both business and legal acumen to his client service, including previous work as a lawyer at two regional business law firms and as an M&A tax associate at one of the world’s largest accounting firms,” Rick McQuown, chair corporate department, said.
