Frazer Money has joined Proskauer Rose LLP as a partner in the tax practice in London, the firm said Monday.
Money advises asset managers on tax and structuring issues involving their funds, management businesses, remuneration packages, investment transactions, GP and LP-led secondaries, and GP minority transactions, according to Proskauer.
He joins the firm from Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
