PricewaterhouseCoopers elected Petra Justenhoven as chairwoman and senior partner of PwC Europe and named to its network leadership team, the firm announced Friday.
Justenhoven has served as the Assurance Leader for PwC Germany and Europe for the last seven years and was the Markets & Industries Leader for PwC Germany from 2013 to 2015, the firm said.
“Her appointment will help bring our global strategy, The New Equation, to life and further our objectives of building trust and delivering sustained outcomes,” said PwC Global Chairman Bob Moritz.
Justenhoven replaces Harald Kayser, who completed his four year term as chairman on June 30.
