Robert Browning has joined Quarles & Brady as a partner in the business law practice group, the firm said Wednesday.
Browning counsels clients on federal, state, local and international tax matters such as tax provisions in asset acquisitions, stock acquisitions, transfers of LLC membership interests, and overall deal structure, according to Quarles & Brady.
He works with emerging businesses, real estate investors and developers, municipalities and other organizations dealing with tax-exempt bond issuances, and high-net-worth individuals and families, the firm said.
