Renewable Energy Tax Partner Lefko Joins Norton Rose Fulbright

Hilary Lefko has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a renewable energy tax partner in its Washington, D.C. office, the law firm announced Monday.

Lefko, who joins from Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, is well known in the tax equity market, acting on behalf of mainstream tax equity investors in wind, solar, and other renewable energy projects. Lefko also counsels buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.

She joins three full time U.S. renewable energy tax partners, giving the law firm the largest tax bench in the sector, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.
