Megan Whitlock has joined Schneider Downs as part of its tax shareholder group in Dallas, Texas, the firm said Thursday.
Whitlock has experience with private equity sponsors and private equity owned companies, according to Schneider Downs.
She will focus on the tax implications of complex partnership transactions, Schneider Downs said.
