Isaac Lodico has joined the corporate and transactional practice group at Sherman & Howard in Denver, Colo., the firm said Friday.
Lodico has knowledge of corporate taxation, consolidated returns, natural resources taxation, property taxation, and fiduciary income taxation, according to Sherman & Howard.
He has been teaching graduate courses in taxation law for more than ten years, Sherman & Howard said.
