Christopher Haws has been made a member of the trusts and estates planning practice group at Sherman & Howard, the firm said Tuesday.
Haws provides counsel on estate planning, trust administration, and business succession planning as well as matters involving estate and gift tax, income, transfer, and property tax, according to Sherman & Howard.
He also helps clients with forming private foundations, offers counsel on foreign and domestics assets, and represents clients in federal tax audits and property tax assessment appeals, Sherman & Howard said.
