Shulman Rogers Adds Experienced Tax Pro Halle to Baltimore Office

Jordan M. Halle has joined the tax and business and financial services teams at Shulman Rogers as a shareholder in the Baltimore office, the firm said Wednesday.

Halle works with businesses, nonprofits, and individuals and has experience in corporate, tax, franchising, and transaction matters, the firm said, noting that he also has mergers and acquisitions experience.

Halle is a lifelong Baltimore resident and has worked on projects involving new markets tax credits, redevelopment tax credits, and opportunity zone incentives to help bolster growth in the city, the firm said.
