Simpson Thacher & Bartlett Recruits Tax Practitioner in London

Sarah Lindley has joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as a partner in its global tax practice in London, the firm said Monday.

She was previously a partner at Linklaters’ tax practice and has experience in the areas of finance tax and contentious tax, the firm said.

Lindley advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and asset sales, corporate restructurings, and tax planning, according to the firm.

Simpson Thacher’s tax practice advises multinational corporations, banks, investment funds and other leading companies on large and complex transactions.
