Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP elevated two tax attorneys to partner Thursday, among a group of 19 attorneys announced as this year’s newly elected partners.
Nathan Wacker is now a partner in Skadden’s tax controversy and litigation group. He represents multinational corporations, large financial institutions, hedge funds, and individuals in issues including transfer pricing, administrative law challenges to regulations and other IRS guidance, foreign tax credits, and cross-border withholding, according to Skadden.
