Peter Cline has joined Smith Anderson in the tax practice group in Triangle, N.C., the firm said Monday.
Cline focuses on tax, private equity, and fund formation matters, according to Smith Anderson.
He also advises clients on the federal and state tax aspects of equity investments and mergers and acquisitions, Smith Anderson said.
