Squire Patton Boggs Hires Nisbet to Tax Strategy & Benefits Team

David Nisbet is joining Squire Patton Boggs as a partner with tax strategy and benefits practice group in London, the firm said Monday.

Nisbet focuses on tax and structuring in the funds and private equity sector, according to Squire Patton Boggs. He provides advice on the tax implications of UK and cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fund formations, reorganizations, and financing transactions to multinational corporations, funds, financial sponsors, family offices, senior management teams, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, Squire Patton Boggs said.

He has been a partner and lead for the private equity tax team at Osborne Clarke.
