Benjamin Bacon joined State Tax Law as a partner, the firm announced Monday.
Bacon advises clients on state and local tax planning, consulting, and controversy matters. He has experience in income and franchise, transactional taxes, and gross receipts tax matters related to nexus determinations, apportionment issues, receipts sourcing, tax attributes, and other multistate tax issues, the firm said.
