Stephenson Harwood Adds Paris Tax Partner Evelyne Bagdassarian

Evelyne Bagdassarian has joined Stephenson Harwood as a partner with the tax practice in Paris, the firm said Monday.

Bagdassarian advises on tax issues connected to transactions such as cross-border leveraged buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, and asset management and structuring of private equity and real estate funds, according to Stephenson Harwood.

She also works with high-net-worth individuals on wealth planning and investments in France and across Europe as well as on tax strategies, tax audits, negotiation with tax authorities, and tax litigation, Stephenson Harwood said.
