Taylor J. Stuckey has been appointed chair of the trust and estates service group of Stites & Harbison, the firm said Wednesday.
Stuckey, who is a certified public accountant, concentrates his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning, and elder law, according to Stites & Harbison.
Based in the Lexington and Louisville, Ky., offices, he also represents clients in charitable and nonprofit organization matters, business income tax planning, and business formation, said the firm.
