Tax Practitioner Patricia Allen Returns to Ashurst in London

Senior tax practitioner Patricia Allen is rejoining Ashurst as a partner in London after a 12-year absence from the law firm, the firm said Friday.

Allen was a partner at Ashurst for 10 years until 2010. She co-founded a boutique tax advisory practice, Johnson & Allen Tax, which she has continued to run, the law firm said.

Allen also has worked as a consultant on tax matters for Burges Salmon since 2021. She has deep experience in corporate tax, particularly in investment fund structures and private equity transactions, according to the firm.
