Taylor Wessing Adds Patricia McCarvill as Tax Partner in Dublin

Patricia McCarvill has joined Taylor Wessing as a tax partner in Dublin, the firm said Monday.

McCarvill’s experience covers M&A, cross-border restructurings and reorganizations, share schemes, banking, structured finance/debt capital markets, asset management and investment funds, VAT, and tax disputes, according to Taylor Wessing.

She will serve as Taylor Wessing’s first dedicated tax partner in the Dublin office, the firm said.
