Fiona Higgott has joined Thomson Snell & Passmore as a partner in its wills, estate, and tax planning division, the firm said Thursday.
Higgott, who joins from DMH Stallard, focuses on estate planning, according to the firm.
She specializes in tax efficient wills, creating lifetime settlements, making Potentially Exempt Transfers, using gifts out of excess income, and maximizing agricultural relief and business relief, Thomson Snell & Passmore said.
