Aird & Berlis has added Michael Selchen as a partner and member of the tax as well as estates and trusts groups, according to the firm.
Selchen focuses on personal and corporate tax planning, shareholder disputes and remediation, succession planning, corporate reorganizations, restructuring, and cross-border transactions, Aird & Berlis said Monday.
