Brad Ridlehoover, a partner at McGuireWoods, will join Tuckahoe Holdings, LLC as its first tax director, effective May 28, the firm said Thursday.
Ridlehoover advises individuals, businesses, and nonprofits on tax and governance issues as well as serves as outside general counsel, according to McGuireWoods.
He will build a team to supply back-office support to deal with tax compliance and tax strategy at Tuckahoe Holdings.
