Stephen Kerrigan has been appointed a tax partner at UHY Hacker Young Manchester, the firm said Friday.
His practice has focused on owner-managed businesses in the SME space and high-net-worth individuals, according to the firm.
He advises on dealing with HMRC, dispute resolution, share schemes, VAT, and capital gains tax planning, UHY Hacker Young Manchester said.
