Giulia M. Di Cenzo has joined Ulmer & Berne as an associate in the tax practice group in the Cleveland, Ohio office, the firm said Friday.
Di Cenzo’s practice includes the planning and tax consequences involved in closely held business services, business succession and estate planning, and mergers and acquisitions, said Ulmer.
She advises clients across industries on federal, state, and local taxation issues, according to Ulmer.
