Leila Vaughan has rejoined Faegre Drinker as a partner in the investment management practice group in Philadelphia, the firm said Monday.
Vaughan, who joins from Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld, specializes in assisting investment management clients with the tax aspects of fund structure, fund formation, portfolio investments, regulated investment company compliance, mergers, and liquidations, according to the firm.
She served as a tax associate at Drinker Biddle from 2006 to 2011 at the Philadelphia office, the firm said.
