Venable Adds Counsel Susan Keeler to Transactional Tax Group

Susan Keeler has joined Venable as counsel in the transactional tax group based in the San Francisco office, the firm said Tuesday.

Keeler’s practice focuses on domestic and international tax law, with particular emphasis on cross-border transactions, according to Venable.

She advises clients on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, pre-transaction structuring and post-acquisition integrations, and other global reorganizations. Keeler also provides counsel to companies regarding tax reform issues, the firm said.
