Heather Behrend has joined Vinson & Elkins’ tax practice as counsel in the New York office, the firm said Monday.
Behrend has focused on federal income tax matters involving clean energy financing, tax credits, project development and finance, domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, and securities offerings, according to Vinson and Elkins.
She joins from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe.
